Theatre workshops for adults

Course 2023-2024

Theatre workshops for adults is an excellent opportunity to do the first steps in theatrical world. The main purpose of the workshop is to develop communicative skills and presentation in public, learn acting tecniques and enjoy acting on the stage.

We study:
– acting,
– improvisation,
– diction and vocal tecnique,
– movement,
– we rehearse and present a theatre piece.

We train the basic concepts of acting:
– stage presence,
– active listening,
– action – reaction,
– interaction with the space,
– urgency,
– dramatic image,
– construction of characters,
– passions, states and emotions.

The course is open to all the interested in theatre, no previous experience is required. It’s an excellent opportunity to do the fisrt steps in theatrical world. During the course students rehearse a theatre play and perform it in public at the end of the course.

Registration is open until the 30th of September 2023.

Schedule: group A – los lunes 19:00 – 20:30
group B – los martes 19:00 – 20:30
group C – los sábados 10:30 – 12:00

Duration: from October 2023 to June 2024

Price: 50€ (monthly)

Performance end-of-the-course 2022-2023

We finished the course 2022 – 2023 with the performances of our students of the theatre workshops.

The group “Pangea”, composed by our students of the Theatre for adults workshop (Saturdays’ group) and directed by Anna Tereshchenko, the teacher of the workshop, performed the play “Carne Viva” by Denise Despeyroux. “Carne viva” is a comedy that consists of the three parallel stories. The play is about four policemen than suffer from economy crisis in their fashionable office. They have been forced to sublet the other two offices in the builduing: to a contemporary dance teacher and a couple of hypnotists. It looks like thing start to work when suddenly a cadaver appears and then disappears from the police office…

Congratulations to our students for their fascinating performance! During the performance we enjoyed refined humor with funny characters and high-quality play on behalf of the participants of the workshop. Thanks to their enthusiasme, willingness to learn and fantastic team work they have achieved very good results. Congratulations!
