During this intensive Summar stage 2020 clown course we invite you to investigate and discover your own clown. A clown makes you laugh, but how?
We will work on the transformation of personal weakness into theatrical strength, to make our clown exist in liberty and make others laugh. We will explore a universe where innocence and jokes, entertainment and poetry converge. The world of laughter which offers us endless possibilities for dramatic play and creation of the comicality. 

Classes will be held from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00. The course starts 20 July and finishes 24 July. 20 class hours in all.

The course is imparted by Angel Bonora, the director of TEATRACCIÓ International Theatre School. Completes his studies at The International Theatre School of Jacques Lecoq where afterwards realises LEM (Laboratory of the study of movement) (Paris, 1990 – 1994). In 1994 graduates from the Institute of the Teatre Studies – Universidad Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris III.

His teaching experience starts at Maison de la Culture de Vincennes (France) where he works as a teacher of acting during 1991-1993. During this period he imparts theatre courses in Valencia, highlighting the course of the improvisation to creation at the International Exhibition of Mime in Switzerland, in collaboration with Jacques Lecoq.

During the period of 1995 – 2002 he imparts courses at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona.

Since 1995 he has been a close collaborator of Berty Tovías and a permanent teacher at Escuela Internacional de Teatro Estudis Berty Tovías in Barcelona.
